A dense foam barrier that sits between your tire and tube, so nails, screws, and thorns don't get through. It's especially worth it on e-bikes, where a rear flat means wrestling a 15–20 lb motorized wheel on the trail. Since we started installing Tannus, our customers haven't come back with flats. - Do you repair bikes you didn't sell?
- Yes, every brand. Trek, Cannondale, and everything in between, whether it came from us, another shop, or a website. The components on every bicycle are all identical, and we have 51 years of doing this. For e-bikes, see the service list on this page for the twelve brands we fully service.
- How much does a bike tune-up cost?
- Our Basic Tune Up is $69.99 and covers inspection, safety check, brake and gear adjustment, chain lube, and bolt checks. A Seasonal Tune is $129.99 and a Full Overhaul is $179.99. We also offer free bike safety inspections.
- Do you service e-bikes?
- Yes. We fully service Aventon, Urtopia, Mokwheel, Hiboy, Himiway, Velotric, Rad Power Bikes, Lectric, Heybike, Velowave, Troxus, and Rambo, plus e-bikes from Trek, Cannondale, Specialized, Giant, and Canyon. Motors, batteries, and electrical diagnostics included. Our E-Bike Service is $129.99 and includes the full Seasonal Tune. We also install Tannus Armor flat-proof tire systems.
- Do you service e-bikes bought online?
- Yes. Most of the brands on our service list are sold online, and we get parts and support for all of them. If your e-bike isn't on the list, bring it in anyway: tires, tubes, brakes, and tune-ups are the same on every e-bike, and we'll tell you up front what we can and can't get parts for.
- Is my old bike worth repairing?
- Usually, yes. And we'll tell you when it isn't. Bring it by for a free safety inspection and we'll quote the repair before we touch anything. If the repair costs more than the bike is worth to you, we'll say so.
- Do you offer pickup and delivery?
- Yes. If you can't bring your bike to us, we'll come pick it up and deliver it back when it's ready. Just give us a call to arrange it.
- What brands do you carry?
- We're authorized dealers for Trek, Cannondale, Pinarello, Look, Marin, Aventon, Urtopia, Mokwheel, Hiboy, and Himiway, plus Navee e-scooters, Boyd wheels, ENVE, OneUp, Pirelli, Continental, and Tannus. We're the only Pinarello and Look dealer between Nashville and Charlotte.
- Do you do bike fittings?
- Yes. A basic fitting is free with any bike purchase. Advanced fitting starts at $200: a hands-on session covering saddle height, reach, handlebar position, and cleat alignment. We take the time to get it right.
