We carry three of the top five American e-bike brands, and in the Tri-Cities you'll only find them here. We only sell e-bikes we can service and get parts for, so the warranty, the tune-ups, and the person who answers the phone are all in the same building.
Aventon
Commuters, cruisers, and full-power e-mountain bikes with smart, connected displays.
Urtopia
Carbon-fiber smart e-bikes around 38 pounds, light enough to actually carry, with torque-sensor pedaling that feels natural the moment you start.
Mokwheel
All-terrain e-bikes and three-wheel e-trikes. If balance or comfort is the concern, the e-trike is the answer: stable, foldable, and easy to step through.
Also on the floor: Trek & Marin e-assist. E-versions of the bikes you already know, with someone local to service them.
Hub drive or mid drive?
The honest answer: it depends on how you ride, and it takes about two minutes on a test ride to feel the difference. The short version:
- Hub drive
- Motor in the wheel. Simpler and more affordable, great for pavement, the greenbelt, and everyday riding.
- Mid drive (and torque sensors)
- Power through the pedals, so it responds to how hard you push. Feels the most like riding a regular bike. Best for hills and trails.

Aventon, Velotric, Urtopia, Mokwheel, Gazelle, Serfas, Rad Power Bikes, Himiway: if it's on our service list, bring it in for the full E-Bike Service. And any e-bike, whatever the brand, can come in for basic maintenance: tires, tubes, brakes, and tune-ups. Ask about Tannus Armor while it's here.
